Strawberry Almond Chia Sauce

Fresh, easy, requires no cooking, and vegan if you don’t use honey. Blend 2 cups almond milk with 16 oz strawberries until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup honey, or a little stevia or agave if vegan, 1 tsp. of vanilla extract (optional), 1/2 cup of chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (I did overnight). The next morning, have it alone as a pudding, or use it as a sauce with chopped fresh fruit, pecans, and a sprinkle of raw cacao nibs!
