Happy Monday all you Hot Moody Messes. This past weekend was so much fun. Tawny and I had an HMM work session and we put the final touches on our first E-book, 7 Day Get Happy and Hot Detox. ebook

Release date is July 15th and this cleanse/detox is more than about dropping a few pounds. It’s about recharging and resetting your mind and body. Flushing out all the “junk” and setting yourself up to start eating better and above all feeling better! I could ramble on and on about this because, quite frankly we are both super stoked about it and it’s a detox that we currently do as well when we need to reset. But the point of this moodlifter todays is for us to be your cheerleader. Is there something that you want to accomplish, to set out and do? Like most of us, we all have dreams, aspirations whether it’s to learn how to sew or see your name in lights. Whatever it is, just remember it’s possible. You can do anything you set your mind to do. Tawny and I are living and breathing our dream and even though some days we feel more like hot messes and so overwhelmed, we take a look at a finished piece of our journey ( e-book) and know that anything can happen and is possible. So let us be your cheerleaders and we know that you can do anything that you set your mind to do. Block out the haters and your own negative thoughts and be your own inspiration.
