I have read and listened to a ton of books, and my favorite by far is one I just finished. It is not about any specific diet, but more about how we have been conditioned to eat excessively. It is The End of Overeating by David Kessler. I also love Skinny Bitch for the no nonsense approach to using our heads and making smart decisions. Another favorite is The Beauty Detox by Kimberly Snyder, and The Kind Diet by Alicia Silverstone. As far as a good blog, well, hotmoodymess.com is a pretty darn good place to start :)! Surround yourself with what you really want, and take the time to read and listen to books that will help carry you where you want to be.
