Don’t be too quick to judge that mom grabbing a massage while her kids are with a nanny or spending time chasing her own personal dream. Maybe she’s figured out that she’s a much better mom, wife, and person when she takes time for herself.
Being a healthy mom is not just about food and exercise (although that’s a big part of it!). Being healthy is also about being whole and happy. So take some time for you, and let go of the resentment that comes with losing yourself.
