Hey Mama: Ditch the Junk


I’m not trying to turn you into perfect Stepford mommies or gourmet chefs… I’m just trying to help you make better choices. Read labels, try to avoid anything with more than 10 grams of sugar, especially when it’s processed sugar, stay away from artificial preservatives, and by all means, say adios to artificial sweeteners. Here are two of my favorite finds this week: xylitol sweetened gum at Sprouts and freeze dried berries with nothing added at Target. Give ’em a try!
