Starting your day blindly without a plan or solid intentions might seem like a free spirited sort of thing to do. But for me, I need to determine what I want to accomplish, and how I will live UP TO MY POTENTIAL everyday! If you take the time for journaling or morning pages (which are so good for starting your day off right), add “morning intentions” to that ritual. You can decide what you want to accomplish, create action steps for accomplishing those things, and even plan what you will do to have adventure, fun, and relaxation in your day (it can’t always be about work… you have to LIVE). These simple steps can take your day from mediocre to amazing… and keep you from being moody with no direction. Happy Monday!
